Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula Chapter of Safari Club International is a non-profit organization dedicated to wildlife conservation, education, humanitarian efforts, and protecting our hunting heritage.  To further these goals, we will award a $2000 scholarship to a graduating senior from any accredited public or private high school within the Kenai Peninsula Borough.  To be eligible, the student must be accepted into a program of wildlife management or research curriculum in a related field at an accredited college or university and enroll for a minimum of 12 semester hours or full-time equivalent.  A trade school or vocational program in a related discipline will be considered, and future teachers are eligible.

Scholarship monies will be disbursed as reimbursement to the applicant’s chosen institution of higher learning.  Scholarship funds may be used for tuition or books and supplies.  Any funds not used by the recipient will revert to the AKPSCI scholarship fund.
