Please click the link below. Complete all the required forms and sign them digitally. Forms will be sent directly to Chapman School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-1 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/kpbsd-esign.na1.echosign.com\/public\/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhD6jXGq29MVLKCGu0OEygC_HrUcTr-LP_7wT2G9JgBQs9wHqsVUaKKgRz8Xw1NYXIs*\">New Student Registration<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tips for using the online Registration Form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>make sure you select Chapman School from the list of schools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>make sure you fill out all required boxes \u2013 if you do not it will not allow you to sign\/submit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if something does not apply to you but is a required field type in N\/A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to these forms, we will need a copy of your child\u2019s Birth Certificate, current Immunization Records.
