How to register for KPBSD Pre-Kindergarten Title I classes<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Soldotna, August 8<\/strong>, 2017<\/strong>\u2014<\/strong>Free pre-kindergarten classes at local schools for children who will be four years old by September 1, 2017, are open. To qualify, parents and guardians must contact their local area school, schedule a Pre-K assessment (dates below), and complete an application prior to the school screening appointment date.<\/strong><\/span>
\nParent or guardian action steps<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Contact local attendance area school for times and testing locations. (See list of schools offering Pre-K sessions*)<\/li>\n
  2. Complete a Pre-K Application<\/strong><\/a>\u2014the school office in your attendance area will provide applications<\/li>\n
  3. Return the application to your neighborhood school office<\/strong> during school hours<\/li>\n
  4. Schedule your child\u2019s assessment prior to the date<\/u> for your neighborhood school screening. (Dates listed below)<\/li>\n
  5. Children must be age 4 by September 1, 2017<\/li>\n
