The only closures are for both morning AND afternoon Pre-K classes in Central and Southern Peninsula schools.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25baALERT: KPBSD schools in the Southern\nPeninsula and Central Peninsula will open with a TWO HOUR DELAY START on\nMONDAY, December 2, 2019, due to weather and road conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>If weather and road conditions warrant a full\nclosure for any schools, that announcement will be made about 7:00 AM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>All morning and afternoon Pre-K class sessions at these schools are cancelled during a two-hour delay start.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Parents and guardians, if you decide, based on\nconditions near you to keep your child at home, absences will be excused.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>*A two hour delay means that morning buses run\ntwo hours later than normal, school begins two hours later than normal, staff\narrives at school two hours later than normal, and Pre-K morning sessions are\ncancelled.
