With schools closed to students, KPBSD will\nprovide free \u201cGet It &amp; Go\u201d breakfast and lunch meals for KPBSD students at\nfood distribution buses for youth age 18 and younger.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/Pages\/ResponsePage.aspx?id=ot7EdCqbD0Oa80hzQ1qrlyxwHXtEP9JNvt4nmYctNbhUMDhOMkFWWVRBMlk0VUVCWjczUEFJVUtaTS4u\">Sign-up\nonline (preferred!) and choose your pick-up location<\/a><\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Action Needed:\nBy 10:00 AM on Monday, March 16, 2020:<\/strong> complete the <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/KPBSDmeals\">simple\nonline sign-up<\/a> for free daily lunch and breakfast meal service\ndelivery. If you do not have access to the internet, call KPBSD Student\nNutrition Services at 907-714-8890.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Twenty-five\npickup locations throughout the Kenai Peninsula will be open daily from\n12:00-1:00 PM beginning Tuesday, March 17 through Friday, March 20, and\nextending throughout the school closures. You will choose your location when\nyou sign-up. A KPBSD student must be present with you at the pickup location. We\napologize that no special dietary substitutions will be accommodated.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/communications.blogs.kpbsd.k12.ak.us\/files\/2020\/03\/KPBSD-Free-Student-Food-Service-QR-code-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6255\" \/><figcaption>Scan this QR code with your phone camera to open the online order form<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>If a student attends any of these KPBSD schools, <em>all<\/em> household children 18 and younger\nare eligible for daily free meal service:<\/strong>\nKalideoscope School of Arts and Science, Kenai Alternative, Kenai Central High\nSchool, Kenai Middle School, Mountain View Elementary, Nanwalek School,\nNikolaevsk School, Ninilchik School, Port Graham School, River City Academy,\nSkyview Middle School, Sterling Elementary, Tebughna School, and Tustumena Elementary.\n<strong>If your child or children do not attend\nthese KPBSD schools (including Connections Homeschool), only the children\ncurrently enrolled in KPBSD are eligible for free breakfast and lunch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Twenty-Five Pickup Locations<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pickup locations will be open from 12:00-1:00 PM\nbeginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, At your spot, you will meet a school bus,\nwhere students will recognize familiar faces\u2014support staff, including student\nnutrition employees, and bus drivers\u2014will assist with the delivery of meals! These practices include frequent hand-washing,\ncovering coughs and sneezes, and keeping a distance of 6 feet or more between\nyourself and others.
