It is encouraged all parents/guardians sign up early! The approval process and background check takes time. Once you are approved-you are set for the entire school year. Any persons in the building not under direct supervision of a staff member should be registered as a volunteer.
If you plan to be a driving students (other than your own) to district sanctioned events we also need a “School Driver Registration Form” on file. You can fill out this form with Ms. Estes at the school or fill one out at home and bring it in to the school.
There is also a “Private Vehicle Transport Safety Check” that must be preformed before every trip.
