Nikiski Middle School offers several sports options for our student athletes:\u00a0 Cross Country Running, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, and Track

The following paperwork should be completed and turned in to the respective coach before athletes can practice or compete.\u00a0 All forms are found in the sports packet below.
Middle School Sports and Activities Packet<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

  2. A signed KPBSD Consent to Participate Form.<\/li>\n
  3. ASAA Concussion Awareness<\/li>\n
  4. TAD(Tobacco\/Alcohol\/Drugs)\/Play for Keeps\u00a0Form – Watch video here.<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. ASAA Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form.<\/li>\n
  6. Must pass 5 semester credits from the previous semester and be enrolled in 5 classes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Need help paying a sports fee?<\/strong>
    Great news, there is a program that families in need can use to get their activity fees paid.\u00a0 This program, called Kids in the Game, will pay all but $10 if the student meets the criteria (free and reduced lunch meets the criteria).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>    Link to apply<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
