Registration packets for next school year will be available starting April 1st. Please wait until after this date to fill out the online forms, otherwise you will be filling out forms for this current school year. More information and the link to the online forms can be found on the KPBSD Registration page: <a href=\"https:\/\/kpbsd.org\/students-parents\/student-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/kpbsd.org\/students-parents\/student-registration\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other Required Documents: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Birth Certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immunization Records\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The registration packet includes a permission form for our nurse to access VacTrak. If you have an incoming kindergartener, this is a great opportunity to meet staff, learn about the school and see what Paul Banks is all about.
