All new to District students must have the following documents to enroll:
**With the Online registration form below, please make sure you select Redoubt Elementary on 4 of the 5 forms.
Contact information must include ALL names, including parents.
Paperwork needed for completion of registration:
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of immunizations
Previous year grades, if any
Court documents, if applicable
Current physical
Parents must provide proof of residency (item with your name and physical address)
