Dear Parent(s),<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parent\/Teacher Conferences at Skyview Middle School will be:  Thursday, February 12, 2026 and Friday, February 13, 2026 from 7:30 to 11:00 am and Noon to 3:00 pm<\/strong>.  There will be no school for students on either day.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parent\/Teacher Conferences are for parents, teachers and students to have an opportunity to discuss a student’s progress and find solutions to any student’s needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you plan to attend, you will need to sign up online<\/strong> for a scheduled appointment time.  You may schedule ONE appointment time for each teacher on your child’s schedule.  Only ONE conference time is allowed per teacher.  Each conference will be fifteen minutes long. Please go to our website, click on STAFF, then TEACHERS, click the link under the teacher that says \u2018schedule a conference\u2019. https:\/\/kpbsd.org\/schools\/skyview-middle\/staff\/?staff-category=teachers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please SAVE ALL your confirmation emails sent to you by Sign Up Genius.  You will receive one for each conference time scheduled.  You WILL NOT be sent a reminder from the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parent\/Teacher Conferences will take place in one of two ways: Telephonic, or In-Person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Telephonic<\/em>:\u00a0 The meeting time will be sent to you in a confirmation email after you submit a time.\u00a0 At your scheduled appointment time, the teacher will call the phone number that you provided.\u00a0
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In-Person<\/em>:\u00a0 The in-person meeting time will be sent to you in a confirmation email after you submit a time.\u00a0 Arrive at the school before your first conference time.\u00a0 Visit the front office area to pick up a school map if you need it and then wait outside the teacher’s classroom door for your conference.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
