9:30 – 6th Grade Promotion Ceremony – Live Streamed
10:50 – First Groups Leave For Soldotna Creek Park (4th, 5th Cohorts)
10:55 – 2nd Groups Leave for Soldotna Creek Park (Hubbard/Larned)
11:00 – 6th Cohort/Holt leaves for Soldotna Creek Park
11:00 – Check-In Begins for Families Attending Picnic/Field Day
11:10-Kinders Leave for Soldotna Creek Park
11:30 – Lunch for Students & Families @ Soldotna Creek Park
12:00 – Field Day Activities Begin
2:00(ish) – Field Day Activities wrapped up and return to school.
3:25 – Bus Dismissal

Student Permission Slip – School Picnic & Field Day
We are looking for permission for every student to participate in the last day school picnic and field day. Please choose which form works best for you to complete. The electronic form that is able to be completed and signed online using Adobe Sign and a verification email.
Family Attendance of School Picnic/Field Day OR 6th Grade Promotion Ceremony
If you are planning on attending the school picnic, completion of a COVID Waiver Form is required by the district. If you have previously completed this form for SMCS you DO NOT need to complete it again. Otherwise it is required completion for attending the picnic. Please use the form for yourself, and any minor child. Each adult will need to complete this form.
Also required is the Symptom-Free Questionnaire which can be printed, completed before hand, the day of the event, and provided to our staff at check in. You may provide temperature information on the form as well so that your temp does not need taken at the event.
