2025-2026 Fall Open Registration<\/strong> has been scheduled for August 8, 2025 & August 11, 2025 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.<\/strong> Students new to the district will need to bring immunization records and an original birth certificate (to be copied).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025-2026 Online registration is open for Kindergarten – 6th grades.<\/strong> Please bring immunization records and original birth certificate to the school office when the school opens in August, prior to your student beginning classes. Online registration can be found at kpbsd.k12.ak.us<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preschool students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year and will have a screening process before enrollment.\u00a0There will be additional school-specific forms after screening process is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1, 2025 for the 2025-2026 school year. There will be additional school-specific forms after online registration is received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Records Request Revised 4.5.18<\/a> (If new to district)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Physical Examination<\/a> \u2013 Due within 90 days of enrollment (If new to district)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health Services Welcome Letter<\/a> From Nurse Claudette (Informational)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student After School Plan<\/a> (Required<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Out of Attendance Area Form<\/a> (If applicable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
