Eric spoke about past projects the site council has overseen and things we could possibly do in the future.
Partnership w FWA for after school activities
Looking at the handbook and clearing up the language regarding ASP participation
- Review of 2024-25 minutes
-goal: addressing chronic absenteeism (pancake breakfast, early am programs), Parenting in the Digital Age, possible showing to students of the kids version
- Principal Update
- Staffing- gained Title 1 status back (½ time intervention teacher position open), gained 1 classroom teaching position
– lost 1 para, 1 counselor, 1 Quest teacher
- Schoolwide goals (see attached)-
-bridging communication between school and parents about funding and attendance
