Fresh Air Thursdays offer kids a chance to spend the afternoon outside (3:15-5:30pm) for adventures along with other local kids. Past fall excursions have included hikes, berry picking, building forts and campfires, and creating nature-inspired art. The programs start/end at Moose Pass School.
KMTA can provide loaner gear (boots and raingear) and scholarships are available. If there are other barriers to participation, we’d love to hear from you or families about what these barriers are, so we can work to address them.

KMTA will offer in-service day programming in Seward on October 16 (grades K-3) and October 30 (grades K-6). These programs run 9am-4pm and Moose Pass kids are always welcome! KMTAtransportation to/from Moose Pass is not available for these dates, but we are happy to help connect families who may want to carpool.
