Nominate a Book for Teens’ Top 10

Young Adult Library Services Association

Attention Teen Readers!

Now is the time to have your voices heard. Have you come across a new book (published from August 2023 to July 2024) that’s a real page-turner? One you think other teens would like it, too? Nominate that book for YALSA’s Teens Top 10, where you and other teens’ voices are the only ones that matter.

The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) wants you to help decide the best books of the last year. Nominate your favorite book or two or three. Nominations will close at the end of October, and nominated books will be put to a vote beginning in February.

Readers ages twelve to eighteen can nominate their favorite books here.

Chromebook checkout information

Soldotna H.S. is a 1:1 school, meaning we have 1 chromebook for each student. Students can check out chromebooks in the SOHI Library.

Students must have a device agreement form on file before a chromebook can be checked out to them. The device agreement form can be done on Powerschool or a hard copy can be signed.
