Hey Falcons! My name is Melanie Daniel, and this is my 5th year teaching. I moved to Alaska last summer from Texas with my husband, two children, and a cute little chiweenie dog. Sadly my oldest son (he's 19) decided to stay in Texas.....I do miss him dearly. When I'm not at the ballfield or football field, I can be found exploring the great outdoors (usually down Skilak looking for bears)!! I am so excited to be part of the Sterling Elementary team, and I cannot wait to learn and grow with my students. Looking forward to a FANTASTIC year!
