RED RIBBON WEEK 10/26-10/28

Dear Students and Families,

We are excited to celebrate Red Ribbon Week, October 26–30! 🎗️ This year’s theme is “Make a Difference. Be a Hero. Stay Drug Free!” Red Ribbon Week is a great opportunity for our students to show their school spirit, make healthy choices, and encourage one another to live drug-free!

We invite all students to join in the fun by participating in our themed dress-up days. Check out the attached flyer for all the details!

Here’s what to look forward to:

  • Monday, October 26 – Wear Red and/or a Hat! Show your support by wearing red, a hat, or both! Our slogan for the day is “Red-y to Be Drug-Free, No Cap!”
  • Tuesday, October 27 – Swap Roles Day! Teachers dress as students, and students dress as teachers! Remember our message: “Change Your Roles, Not Your Values, Stay Drug Free!”
  • Wednesday, October 28 – Costume and Celebration Day! Show off your creativity by wearing a fun costume. Our slogan is “Costumes On, Drugs Gone!”
  • Thursday, October 29 & Friday, October 30 – No School. There will be no school on Thursday and Friday due to Parent-Teacher Conference Days.

🎉 Extra Fun: Lunchtime Soda Drawing!

We’ll be adding some extra excitement during Red Ribbon Week! Students who participate in the daily dress-up theme can receive a ticket for our lunchtime drawing. Each day, one student per grade level will be drawn to win a FREE soda during lunch! The more days you participate, the more opportunities you’ll have to show your school spirit and join in the fun!

We encourage everyone to participate, get creative, and help make Red Ribbon Week a memorable celebration. Even small choices can make a big difference, and together we can be heroes by making healthy decisions and supporting one another.

Thank you for helping us make this a fun, positive, and meaningful week for our school community. We can’t wait to see everyone’s school spirit!

Let’s make a difference, be a hero, and stay drug-free!
