The school is constantly working to improve the climate, and is looking forward to more participation in the Mindset survey.

School Culture Highlights

Here, every student is encouraged to explore, discover, and grow. Our dedicated teachers and supportive staff are here to help each child thrive, both academically and personally. We believe in creating a space where curiosity is nurtured, creativity is celebrated, and kindness is a core value. We give each student 3 Lynx Tracks each Quarter. Misbehaviors result in losing Lynx Tracks. If students still have any tracks by the end of the Quarter, they get to go on a reward Field Trip. Students can also earn special rewards with our Caught a Lynx award. This is when any staff member in the building sees a student going above and beyond. The staff member writes them up on a special form and they get recognized by the Principal.
