The Homer Flex Alternative Governance Structure replaces the formal Site Council per KPBSD School Board Administrative Regulation AR. 0420 which allows for a “substitute process for gathering information and for assisting with site decisions.” Through our collaborating social services agencies and our student committees, we gather information and have assistance with site decisions toward the continuous improvement of our standards/performance-based program.
