Goals for the year

  1. For SY 2024-25, we will ensure that 90% of students at Flex will engage in positive school climate activities and social-emotional learning opportunities, as evidenced by an increase in the overall mean scores in the Hanover School Climate Survey data, especially in regards to School Climate and Social-Emotional Learning items.
  2. For SY 2024-25, we will ensure that the Flex four year graduation rate will be above 70% for all students who are present 70% or more of the school year
  3. For SY 2024-25, we will ensure that 75% of Flex students who are present 80% or more of the school year will become better readers as evidenced by an increase of over 5% percentile points in their NWEA MAP Growth score
