In-district transfer students need only complete the registration form, health review, and VacTrak form, as well as provide a utility bill showing verification of physical address. Students that are new to our district will need a completed registration packet, as well as a birth certificate and vaccination record, and a utility bill showing verification of physical address. Students that have never been enrolled in the state of Alaska will also need a school physical.
Incoming Kindergarteners and students who are new to the district can register through the KPBSD website at the following link:
