Academics Assessment

    Our 10th grade Algebra and Geometry students are above the national average in math scores. Students are currently learning Personal Finance through Ramsey Personal Finance Curriculum.
  • MAP – ELA
    Our high school students are, on average, better readers than the national average.

K12 Elementary Specific

  • Our iReady scores have grown and improved for the last three years, rapidly closing the covid gap.
  • CKLA curriculum and a tiered intervention strategy has improved the reading ability of our students tremendously. 100% of our kindergarten students are at or above grade level. School wide we have 60% reading proficiency.

K12 Secondary Specific

    We have students on track to complete their Associates degree at the same time as achieving high school graduation through dual enrollment with UAA.

School Culture Highlights

Razdolna is a fun and exciting place to learn and work. Our staff has a jovial and congenial attitude. Our students are hardworking and thriving.

Family and Community Engagements/Highlights

Razdolna has art shows, family nights, a harvest fair, school plays, and other parent engagement events regularly.

Goals for the year

  1. By utilizing title 1 funds to obtain additional tutoring and intervention curriculum for struggling readers, we will improve our state and district test scores to >60% proficiency by the end of State and District testing (quarter4).
  2. By utilizing title 1 funds to hire a half time teacher half time interventionist to conduct pull out interventions with our struggling readers, we will be able to see 5 points of individual growth for those students identified for the pull-out program by Spring as measured by data collected through progress monitoring. Additionally, this half time teacher will allow us to split the middle and high school students into two classes of reasonable size.
  3. By utilizing title 1 funds to promote project based learning and other hands-on learning avenues we will be able to see attendance rise from a baseline of 73% school wide to 90% school wide by the end of quarter 3.
