Please remember to have your students dress appropriately for the colder weather. Also, as the flu season starts please know that your student cannot return to school after being sick until they are 24 hours without fever, vomiting or diarrhea.
Religious Exemptions from Immunizing:
State of Alaska Religious Exemption Form
For families who have a child exempt to receiving immunizations, please submit this notarized form each school year. Please note that it begins 7/1/20 so do not complete it prior to that date. It will now need to be completed for each new school year, for each child.
Physical form All students new to KPBSD will need to have a physical and submit this form to school in the Fall. Many doctor’s offices have them on hand but this is the link to the revised one the district is using.
