FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid): This is a required task to continue post-high school education, and has deadlines. Before each year of continued education students apply for federal grants, work-study, and loans with the FAFSA form.  Many states and colleges use FAFSA data to award their own aid. Alaska Performance Scholarship (APS): The APS is one of Alaska’s primer scholarships available to all qualifying Alaska High School graduates. APS eligibility requirements are based on ACT, SAT, or WorkKEYS scores, GPA level, and academic coursework completion. The APS has three different monetary levels that may be utilized to attend most academic/vocational  programs in Alaska. Learn More
