We just wanted to remind you all that our Earth Day Art Contest for grades K -12 is just right around the corner, and help us spread the word. We are asking youth to bring in their art pieces to the AVTEC gym anytime on Thursday, April 21 from 10 – 8pm. Please bring a card with your name, grade, name of art piece, phone number and/or email. We will be having the public as they come into the building to vote on the youth art pieces. We will be announcing the winner on Friday, 22 (Earth day) at 7pm at the AVTEC gym. As long as we have all your contact information you do not need to present to win. The earlier you bring your art piece in the longer the time the public has to vote on them. We have a lot of exciting gifts from local companies in town and are excited to get local youth on some adventures with local people. Please let us know if you have any questions! We are excited to bring this event back again.
