☀️ Field Day is almost here, and we need 20+ parent/guardian volunteers to make it happen for our kids! ☀️
On May 21, 2026, Seward Elementary will celebrate its annual Field Day on the last day of school and we’d love some extra helping hands to make this high-energy, memory-making day run smoothly.
We are looking for 8-10 volunteers per shift, plus help with lunch setup and serving:
🏃 AM shift: 8:30-11:45 (with K-2nd)
🎈 PM shift: 11:00-2:30 (with 3rd-5th)
🌭 Lunch setup/serving shift: beginning at 10:30 while classes compete in Tug-o-War
It takes 20+ volunteers to pull off a day like this, and we would be so grateful for your help in sending our kids into summer with a day full of fun, energy, and great memories.
