School forms are delivered as a Google Form or and Adobe PDF. Google Forms are used for basic informational requests. Adobe PDF forms are used when we require a signature. All Adobe forms are electronically fillable, able to be saved, and e-signature capable. (You will nee to create a e-signature to sign electronically) You may also print the Adobe PDF documents, sign them and email the signed copy.
