All registration forms are now located online: https://www.kpbsd.k12.ak.us/students_parents.aspx?id=448.
- Follow the link above and then click on the blue “New Student Registration Form” button. This will open a new window with directions.
- From this page click on “PowerSchool Forms Portal, Begin Here”. This page also has helpful tips about completing forms, as well as, a video with instuctions.
- If you are new to KPBSD and haven’t ever created a PowerSchool account, then click on “Register New Account”. Otherwise, log in using your PowerSchool Forms Portal username/password.
- Once you are logged in, you will have access to the forms. For new students, you will need to “add student” and then complete the new student enrollment forms.
In addition to a completed registration packet, we will need:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records (or a completed VacTrak form)
- School physical: completed within 90 days of the first day of school
