Registration Packets: All registration paperwork is now online. Registration forms for next school year will be available starting April 1st. Please wait until after this date to fill out the online forms, otherwise you will be filling out forms for this school year. More information and the link to the online forms can be found on the KPBSD Registration page: https://kpbsd.org/students-parents/student-registration/.

- Immunization Records
- The registration packet includes a permission form for our nurse to access VacTrak. Therefore, if your child’s immunizations are uploaded to VacTrak and you fill out the permission form, we don’t need physical copies of their immunization records.
