The Seward High School Mural Project 2025 is underway. We are painting a mural for the Commons, another for the theater entryway, and a whale as the 2025 senior gift. The mural project is part of the Seward Artist In Schools program. Thanks so much to the Seward Community Foundation, Seward Arts Council and Seward PTA for their support of this project. And a special thanks to Portage Transportation for donating the delivery of the panels. Way to go Seward High School artists!

The Seahawk boys and girls basketball teams both had outstanding seasons. The boys’ team capped off their season by taking 1st place at Regions. They then advanced to the State Championship game, where they finished with a well-earned 3rd place trophy.

The girls’ team also dominated, winning 1st place at Regions and going on to claim the 1st place title at State.

SHS is incredibly proud of both teams for their hard work and dedication throughout the season. Both teams showcased tremendous growth and sportsmanship, setting an example for all.
