Profile

Mrs. Eggleston began her art teaching career at her former middle school in Delta Junction, Alaska. She joined KPBSD in 1999, at Kenai Middle School. In 2003 she joined the Soldotna Middle School staff and has remained on the SMS team through the transition to Skyview Middle School. She enjoyed the opportunity to coach cross country skiing for 13 years with SMS. She stepped away from coaching to focus on raising her daughter, and teaching her to ski too! Along with teaching art, Mrs. Eggleston is also in charge of producing the school yearbook. Mrs. Eggleston is certified K-12 but always has, and will always prefer to work in Middle School. She believes middle school students are, "The most PERFECT art students, with open creative minds and developed motor skills!"
