I am extremely excited about the opportunities each school year holds for the ABCS community. As a team, we will be building on our strong academic foundation while helping students develop their positive character. Our Parent Teacher Committee (PTC) consists of an amazing amount of parent volunteers who work with the staff to enhance the experience students have at Aurora.

Today our son had his first day of Kindergarten with Mr. Oliver and I wanted to send a quick note and let you know what a wonderful experience we/he had. I know everyone has been working so hard to come up with creative options during COVID. My husband and I wondered what his first day would look like and were overjoyed when we were able to meet his teacher, walk him to his classroom and help him get settled. Mr. McCanna was there to greet students. Our son beamed at pickup, telling me tales of cutting with scissors and playing outside. During these unprecedented times, your school rises to the occasion.
