MARINER ATHLETICS – Homer High School

Mariners in Action: Weekly Update: 5/4/2025

Baseball hosted Kodiak last weekend. The Mariners split games with the Bears. Homer won Thursday night 5-1 but dropped Friday’s game 0-3. The Mariners are now 6-3 overall and 1-1 in conference play. Track and Field traveled to SoHi to compete Friday-Saturday. The girls team finished 3rd overall and the boys finished 5th. Complete individual results can be found on athletic.net

Boys and girls Soccer hosted SoHi on Tuesday and boys hosted Nikiski on Friday for conference play. Both teams lost to SoHi and the boys defeated Nikiski. The girls are 2-4 overall and 0-2 in conference. The boys are 3-2-1 overall and 1-1-1 in conference. Both teams travel to SoHi on Tuesday for more conference play.

Softball traveled back to the Valley for conference games at Palmer, Redington and Houston. The girls lost both games to Palmer, one game to Houston, and split with Redington. The Mariners are 3-8 overall and travel to SoHi on Monday followed by the Bash on the Bay tournament Thursday-Saturday.
