Vera Howarth CTE Scholarship
- Must be between the ages of 17-25 to apply
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Must be a full-time, permanent resident of the Kenai Peninsula at the time of application. To be presumed to be a resident, the applicant must be eligible for the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend.
- Must either be already enrolled or planning to enroll in a program at a career or technical education institution, training, or certification program.
- Applicants must intend on returning to Alaska for employment after training.
