South Peninsula Hospital welcomes Homer High School work-study students

Homer High School invited South Peninsula Hospital (SPH) to participate in a job training program. Students Ian McCormick and Kaylee Alward will join SPH staff as working volunteers to learn valuable professional skills. Joining and assisting them are their two job coaches, Rhonda Owens and Kathie Baldwin.

 

They will work under the direction of Edye Rathbun, EVS manager, Mark Steven, nutrition services manager, and Glenn Radeke, facilities director. Their working hours will be Monday through Friday from 12:45 pm to 2:30 pm. SPH writes, “We are excited to have the opportunity to collaborate with HHS in the advancement of these students and their professional growth and aspirations.”
