The KPBSD mobile app is your all-in-one information source. Parents, students, staff, and community will discover easy access to connect with KPBSD and your favorite schools in the most convenient format: your mobile device. Free, you can find Kenai Peninsula Borough SD in the app store. New school and district features continue to be added.
The KPBSD mobile app provides password-protected access for students and parents to access PowerSchool to:
- See live grade and attendance information in PowerSchool
- Stay up to date on student progress at any time, from anywhere
- Set up grade and assignment requirements, a feature which allows a parent or student to be immediately alerted through a push notification if a student score or grade drops below that self-selected threshold.
Additional app features include:
- Online payments for meals and student activities
- Emergency updates and notifications
- District and school news: you select which schools and district news feeds you want to subscribe to
- Sports scores, schedules, and links to sports sites
- Calendar information for schools and district events, including the ability to add events from school calendars to your device calendar
- Push notifications for the school district and schools to send out instant alerts to the user's mobile device

- Contact information for teachers, administrators, and other staff
