Soldotna Rotary Scholarship
Soldotna Rotary Club would like to announce the offering of up to 4 $2,000.00 scholarships to graduating seniors attending the following: Soldotna High School, River City Academy, Ninilchik High School, Cook Inlet Academy and Connections. We ask that home school students either be living in the Soldotna area and actively attending a class or sporting program at one of the above-mentioned schools.
The Soldotna Rotary Scholarships are based on the Rotary Motto of “Service Above Self”. Recipients will be selected based on community service performed by the applicant during their high school career.
Soldotna Rotary Scholarships are not awarded based on academics, athletic ability, or financial need. While these things are important, the Soldotna Rotary bases its scholarships solely on how a person has given back to our community through volunteering their time and effort. Winners of this scholarship have donated countless hours helping others in many different ways, to make Soldotna or their community a better place to live.
