MANDT Recertification

The Mandt re-certification training is a one-day training designed as a review to enhance staff members ability to effectively manage potentially negative or even dangerous situations by first calming their own emotional responses and behaviors, then using a gradual system of alternative interventions to assist in the de-escalation of the behavior.  Physical techniques that reduce possible injuries will be reviewed.
