ELIGIBILITY:

1. Applicant GPA 2-3.5 student who has applied for or has been accepted in an accredited college, university or vocational technical institution.
2. Applicant does NOT need to be a member of the American Legion Organization but must be an Alaskan resident.
3. Applicant must be a graduate of a school located on the lower Kenai Peninsula, from Anchor Point south, Nikolaevsk, East End Road and including the communities across Kachemak Bay.
