Mandt Initial Recertification

| Mandt Initial Two-Day training is designed to teach staff members how to effectively manage potentially negative or even dangerous situations by first calming their own emotional responses and behaviors, then using a gradual and graded system of alternative interventions to assist the student deescalate the behavior. Physical techniques that reduce possible injuries will be taught. |
