The KPBSD Effective Literacy Team will be responsible for developing a district roadmap that articulates literacy improvement goals and guidance that will help identify steps that will be taken to achieve them. This committee is charged with collaboratively developing the KPBSD Vision and Mission for Literacy and providing direction on district structures and practices to support high quality, effective literacy instruction for all KPBSD students.
The Effective Literacy Team is seeking members from all stakeholder groups who have strong collaboration skills, are open to diverse perspectives, and have a passion or expertise in literacy instruction.
