  • Course Description: This course covers the back office services involved in microcomputer maintenance and repair. It is the intent of the course to prepare students for taking the industry given A+ certification test. The instruction will be both lecture and lab. Students will obtain knowledge about hardware, software, DOS, networks, printers, and basic safety.
